Welcome to the new 2012 site, the 4th change in almost as many years. I do hope you like the new layout.

There are many positive and exciting things which can be included in a web-site, but it's not always that way. One downside is the - now regular - need to inform of sad news. Once again it is necessary to record the passing of a member, this time Brian Robbins. Many members of Hagbourne will miss his charm & cheer, both on and off the green. Always a willing participant despite his preference for short-mat bowls, Brian will be missed by many.

Please note Friendly's, Kennet League & Ridgeway League Fixtures are now included in a single list.

This year shows a remarkable 91 events on the fixture list, 51 of them at home. This is apart from County Competitions, House Competitions, Roll-ups and Guest Bookings, so please be respectful of the green when playing. We only have the one and it has to last.

Look out for your membership renewals coming soon and don't forget to return them promptly as delays cause problems with organising House Competitions.
